Global Hot Key

This field specifies the default global hot key for focusing the Desktop Client. Use "+" to separate different keys in the key combination (i.e. Ctrl+Shift+I)

Users will be able to override the default from the Desktop Client Settings. See the Desktop Client user guide for more information.

Additional Connections

This section allows you to configure predefined connections that will be used by the Desktop Client Application to connect to the iSymphony server. In some cases the client requires additional URLs to access the panel, depending on the location the user is connecting from (i.e. They use a different IP address, if they are on the local network vs. external from the local network.). You can set up these additional connections here. The connection the user wishes to use can be selected in the Desktop Client settings. See the Desktop Client user guide for more information.

The Desktop Client Application needs to successfully connect to the iSymphony server at least once in order to synchronize this list.

Name:The display name for the connection.
URL:The URL the client will use to connect to the server. See the Desktop Client user guide for details on the format of this URL.

Applications

This section allows you to specify predefined application popup configurations for the Desktop Client Application. The predefined applications can be selected by the user in the Desktop Client Settings. See the Desktop Client user guide for more information.

The Desktop Client Application needs to successfully connect to the iSymphony server at least once in order to synchronize this list.

The path to the application executable that will be opened.

This path is relative to the user's local file system. When setting this you must ensure that the path to application will be the same on all user machines.
