The Parking Lot Widget allows you to view and manage calls that are currently on hold in a give Parking Lot.

Properties

Lot #

This is the lot number of the parked call. Any extension in the system can dial this number to pick up the call.

Caller ID

The caller ID name and number of the parked call.

Parked By

The caller ID name and number of the person who placed the call in the parking lot.

Duration

The amount of time that the call has been in the parking lot.

Actions

You can double click on any parked call to transfer that call to your Default Account (See My Stream Widget).

Drag An Drop

Users can drag calls to the Parking Lot Widget to place them in the Parking Lot. Users can also drag calls away from the Parking Lot in order to transfer them to other locations in the system.
