Permission Group Configuration

Permission groups are used to specify a set of permissions that a group of users will obey.

Adding Permission Group

To add a permission group right click on the "Permission Groups" item in the configuration tree and select "New".

Removing Permission Group

To remove a permission group right click on the permission group item that you wish to remove and select "Remove".

Renaming Permission Group

To rename a permission group right click on the permission group item that you wish to rename and select "Rename".

Permission Group Properties

General

 

Name:

The name of theĀ permissionĀ group.

Members

 

Member List:

The profiles that are members of this group.

Permissions

 

My Extension:

Set permissions on this permission group for the profile's extensions (See the Permissions section).

Extension:

Set permissions on this permission group for other extensions (See the Permissions section).

Parking Lot:

Set permissions on this permission group for the parking lot (See the Permissions section).

Queue:

Set permission overrides on this permission group for the queues (See the Permissions section).

Conference Room:

Set permissions on this permission group for the (See the Permissions section).
