Conference Rooms

The Conference Room configuration page allows you to configure the Conference Rooms that exist on your PBX for management within iSymphony . You can access the Conference Room configuration page by selecting Phone System->Conference Rooms in the Administration Interface.
Conference Room Properties

Name: | The display name of the Conference Room. |

Conf. Room Identifier: | The identifier of the Conference Room as specified in meetme.conf or confbridge.conf. Used to track the state of the Conference Room. |
Extension: | The extension number used to access the Conference Room. Used to originate and transfer calls to this Conference Room. |
Context: | The context used to access the Conference Room. Used to originate and transfer calls to this Conference Room. |
Permissions
Permissions available for a Conference Room. See Permissions for more information.
Display: | Allows viewing of this Conference Room in the client. |

Kick User: | Allows kicking users out of this Conference Room. |
Mute User: | Allows muting and unmuting of users in this Conference Room. |
Originate To: | Allows originating calls to this Conference Room. |
Set Call Note: | Allows setting of call notes for calls currently in this Conference Room. |
Transfer From: | Allows transferring of calls that are in this Conference Room to another location. |
Transfer To: | Allows transferring calls to this Conference Room. |
