iSymphony 3.2 Alpha Release Notes

We're excited to announce the release of the first public alpha of iSymphony 3.2. iSymphony 3.2 is bringing several great new features, along with a number of bug fixes and performance improvements.

There have been many changes in iSymphony 3.2 that may impact your use. Please be sure to read the release notes below and the upgrade notes before upgrading.

Support For Asterisk 12 and 13

Asterisk 12 and 13 have introduced a new version of the Asterisk Manager Interface, that is incompatible with previous versions of iSymphony. iSymphony 3.2 introduces support for the new AMI v2, which means that you will now be able to utilize iSymphony with your Asterisk 12 and 13 based phone systems.

Support For PJSIP

PJSIP is now the standard channel driver for SIP based devices in Asterisk 12 and 13. iSymphony 3.2 introduces support for the PJSIP channel driver in Asterisk.
