Symptoms

Asterisk crashes with a SEGFAULT when a call is parked in iSymphony.

Cause

Specific versions of Asterisk contain a bug that causes the system to SEGFAULT when a call to ParkAndAnnounce is made. The confirmed affected versions are:

1.8.9.0
1.6.0.21
1.6.2.1
1.4.29.1

Resolution
