Due to issues with the client UI in a Mac OS X environment and restrictions on the Security policy of Java Web Start iSymphony is not able to provide the client installation via the Java Web start mechanism. In order to install the client on Mac OS X you will need to download the tarball package that can be found here Downloads Archive. Make sure to download the version of the client that matches your iSymphony server version and revision.
