7 | A tenant is a subsection of the PBX. Most installs will only need one tenant. Some Asterisk installations will provide segregation of tenants on the same physical PBX via context based routing and a peer naming convention (See the [[doc:iSymphony 2\.8 Documentation.iSymphony Administrator's Guide.iSymphony Configuration (Advanced).Multi-Tenant Configuration.WebHome]][[ >>doc:iSymphony 2\.8 Documentation.iSymphony Administrator's Guide.iSymphony Configuration (Advanced).Multi-Tenant Configuration.WebHome]]section). In this case multiple tenants will be required. By default iSymphony creates a tenant with the name //default//. Upon first login you will need to modify some of the settings within the default tenant. | ||
