1 Parked call alerts allow users to recive popups and audible chimes when a call is parked, a note is set on a parked call and if a parked call has been on hold for a specified amount of time. The alert configuration can be accessed by going to **Tools->Preferences->Parked Call Alerts**. 5 Provides an alert when a call enters the parking lot.

7 * Popup Delay - Specifies the amount of time the popup will remain open. 0 = Leave open
8 * Sound - if checked a sound will play when a call is parked. You can also specify a custom sound file to play by selecting "**...**". If no file is specified the default sound will be used.

19 Provides an alert when a parked call has been on hold for more than a specified amount of time.

21 * Interval - The interval in seconds a parked call hold time alert will be triggered. For Example if this value is set to 60 seconds an alert will be issued when a parked call has been parked for 1 minutes then 2 minutes then 3 minutes ect.
22 * Popup Delay - Specifies the amount of time the popup will remain open. 0 = Leave open
23 * Sound - if checked a sound will play when the interval hold time has been met on a parked call. You can also specify a custom sound file to play by selecting "**...**". If no file is specified the default sound will be used.
