Configured Conference Rooms will be displayed in this window.

Entering and Inviting

To enter a conference room simply double click the room you wish to enter and a call will be made to your selected originating extension. Once you pick this call up you will be placed in the room. To invite other extensions into the room simply click and drag the extension header into the specified room. Their extension will be called and when they pick up they will be entered in the room. To invite calls into the room simply click and drag the call into the room.

User Control

Each conference room item can be expanded to display all users currently in the room. Each user will have two buttons.

• The mute button will mute and unmute users in the room. If you are currently in a room with your extension a mute/unmute button will appear on your extension in the My Extension window which will have the same behavior as the mute/unmute button on the user item in the conference room.
• The kick button will allow you to kick users from the conference room.

Temporary Conference Rooms

Temporary conference rooms can be created by selecting the Create Temporary Conference Room Button . Once selected a configuration window will open to define the settings for your conference room.

• The configuration window will allow you to specify a list of extensions to invite into the room when it is created. You can also use the Invite Yourself check box to add your selected originating extension to the invite list as well. Once the room is created calls will go out to all extension in the invite list. When they pick up they will be entered into the room.
• The creator of the room can right click on the room and select options to modify the behavior of the room once it has been created.
• Once you are done with the room right click and select Remove to destroy the room. You will be asked if you would like to remove the users in the room. If you select "yes", all users will be kicked from the room and the room will be removed from the list. Otherwise the room will be removed from the list but the users will remain in the room.
