iSymphony provides an extremely customizable layout allowing the user to work the way they want. From call center mangers to receptionists the layout can be tailored to meet their needs.

Window Layout

There are several ways in which windows can be configured:

• Moved around by clicking and dragging the window tab to another location within the panel. An outline will appear on the window showing where the dragged window will be placed if let go.
• Resized by clicking and dragging window edges.
• Maximized by double clicking the tab (This will place all other windows in a Fast View). Double click the tab again to normalize the window.
• Detached from the main panel by right clicking on the window tab and selecting detach.
• Placed in a Fast View via the minimize button on the window.
• Accessed in a Fast View; click the window icon in the Fast View bar. To close the window, click the icon again.

Locking Window Layout

The window layout can be locked by selecting View->Lock/Unlock Perspective. This will prevent windows from being moved or closed.
