Parked Calls

Parked calls are displayed here. All users will be able to view all parked calls as well as any notes set for them. You can set a note on each parked call by selecting the note cell for a specific parked call item.
Parked Call Alerts
- Parked Call alerts can beĀ configured via the Bell icon in the top right hand corner of the Parked Calls window.
- You can enable and disable alerts from this menu.
