Conference Room Operation Permissions

The following is a list of the conference room operation permissions. These permission specify what actions a user can perform from the Conference Room Widget, along with the capability to create temporary conference rooms.

iSymphony cannot control conference room management actions performed via the phone itself.

Controls whether a user is allowed to create new dynamic conference rooms.

Affects

  • The visibility of the Conference action button.

Mute a Conference Room Member

Users, User Groups

Controls whether a user is allowed to mute another user in a conference room.

Affects

  • The visibility of the mute button in the Conference Room Widget.

Kick a Conference Room Member

Users, User Groups

Controls whether a user is allowed to kick another user out of a conference room.

Affects

  • The visibility of the kick button in the Conference Room Widget.
