Queues

The Queues configuration page allows you to configure the ACD Queues that exist on your PBX for management within iSymphony . You can access the Queues configuration page by selecting Phone System->Queues in the Administration Interface.

Queue Properties

Core Settings

 

Name:

The display name of the Queue.

PBX Settings

 

Queue Identifier:

The identifier of the Queue as specified in queues.conf. Used to track the state of the Queue.

Extension:

The extension number used to access the Queue. Used to originate and transfer calls to this Queue.

Context:

The context used to access the Queue. Used to originate and transfer calls to this Queue.

Permissions

Permissions available for a Queue. See Permissions for more information.

Display:

Allows viewing of this Queue in the client.

Login Agent:

Allows logging in Agents into this Queue.

Originate To:

Allows originating calls to this Queue.

Set Call Note:

Allows setting of call notes for calls currently in this Queue.

Transfer From:

Allows transferring of calls that are waiting in this Queue to another location.

Transfer To:

Allows transferring calls to this Queue.
