Overview

iSymphony 3.0.0 Beta 3 has introduced several improvements and bug fixes along with improvements to the client theme.

Improvements

• Added several new user status types.
• The "Out" user status type has been changed to "Away".
• Objects and buttons that the user does not have permission to use/view will no longer be displayed to the user.
• Added a remove action to the Extension Group interface in order to make it more clear as to how to remove items from the group.
• Buttons and table rows are now highlighted when moused over in the client.
• The Preferences and Status Menus have been combined into one User Menu.
• Widgets now show a note to the user when there are no contents to be displayed.
• Table settings (sort, column order, visible columns) are now saved across client sessions.
• Sort and Extension Group filter options are now saved across user sessions in the Users Widget.
• Do Not Disturb preferences have been added to the user menu in order to allow users to toggle DND for their own extensions. 
• Improved look of the action buttons at the top of the client window.
• Improved look of the User Menu in the top right hand corner of the client window.
• Improved look of the client dashboard widgets.
• Improved look of all tables in the client.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue where hold state would not be represented properly on transferred queue calls.
• Fixed issue with remember me option not working during client login.
• Fixed issue where call state would not be represented properly when a channel is masqueraded.
• Fixed issue where extension registration status would not update properly in the client.
• Fixed issue where calls on alternative numbers would show blank caller ID.
• Fixed issue where FMFM calls would not show one side of the call when linked.
• Fixed issue where the module directory would not be cleaned out properly when upgrading via RPM causing issues with module loading.
• Fixed issue where sending chat messages would take an unusually long time to process.
• Fixed issue where in some cases new voicemails would not create a new notification.
• Fixed issue where the parking lot and barge context menus would not open when their respective action buttons were clicked.
• Fixed issue where the log directory would get overwritten during an update.
• Fixed issue where the alignment of items in the User Box was off. 

Known Issues

• Long startup times and CPU spikes can be experienced on single core servers.
• DND status not initiating properly on server startup.
• Administrators cannot select the restricted checkbox in the Administrator for self permissions in some situations. 
• In some cases Conversation Action buttons do not get removed when a conversation ends in the User Box.
• User Menu does not update the status display if the administrator modifies the status while the user has that status selected.
• Removal of a status can lead to the client session crashing in some instances.
• Active MQ KahaDB logs do not clean up in some situations.
