Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue where the alt origination method would be set as if in FreePBX mode when FreePBX mode was turned off.
• Fixed issue where a call placed on hold via the phone and then unheld would still show on hold until the call was hung up.
• Fixed issue where parking a call would not work properly if using the isymphony.conf include file. 
• Fixed issue where users would show on a call with themselves when picking up a call from the queue.
• Fixed issue where calls ringing form a queue would not show up on all agents that were being rung by the queue call.
• Fixed issue where recurring licenses would not update properly.
