iSymphony 3.1.3 Changelog

The following is a complete list of changes made between iSymphony 3.1.1 and iSymphony 3.1.3. 

Resolved Bugs

• Resolved an issue that would cause frequent disconnections in the client.
• Resolved an issue where an error would be thrown, when disabling a user in the user administration list.
• Resolved an issue where the Queue Widget would throw an error, when an extension was bound to two agents in the same queue.
• Resolved an issue where PRM upgrades would backup then clear existing configuration files, when upgrading from 3.0.
• Resolved an issue where the server would cause 100% CPU usage, when adding a User Group.

Performance Improvements

• The Recording Widget has been modified to decrease load times, when a user has a large amount of recodigns, and a complex permission configuration is active. 

Improvements

• Default HTTP session timeout and heartbeat values have been modified.
• The server now sends periodic ping messages to connected Asterisk servers, in order to prevent intermediary network process from closing the connection for being idle.
