We're excited to announce the release of iSymphony 3.4. iSymphony 3.4 is bringing several great new features, along with a number of bug fixes and performance improvements.

There have been many changes in iSymphony 3.4 that may impact your use. Please be sure to read the release notes below and the upgrade notes before upgrading.

Contacts

contact_widget_full.pngiSymphony 3.4 introduces an integrated contact system. Users will have the ability to create, modify, and share phone books with other users. The contact system provides click-to-dial capability and integrates with the call and transfer actions. See the Contact Widget Documentation for more information.

Download Recordings And Voicemail

Users can now download their recordings and voicemail directly from iSymphony.

Performance, security and connectivity improvements.

iSymphony 3.4 brings a host of performance improvements, security improvements, and connectivity fixes.

Performance Improvements & Minor Fixes

Numerous performance improvements and minor bug fixes have been brought to 3.4. Users should see improvements to the performance of list view and improved connectivity and session detection. A critical issue has been resolved for Asterisk Realtime systems allowing new peers to now be detected on after initialization. For more information, see the full changelog.
