Logging In

In order to use iSymphony, you must first log in, so that iSymphony can identify you and display the appropriate information. 

Accessing iSymphony

The iSymphony interface can usually be found at the following URL. Load this page in any supported browser:

http://<ip or hostname of the iSymphony server>:58080/client/client

The iSymphony login page will be displayed:

Logging in to iSymphony

Your systems administrator must have configured a user for you before you can log in. They should have provided you with a username and password to use to log into iSymphony. Enter these credentials into the appropriate spaces, and click Login to log into iSymphony. 

Remember Me: If the Remember Me checkbox is checked when logging in, iSymphony will use browser cookies to attempt to keep your user logged in when using this browser. This will allow you to directly load the panel without needing to log in every time, but is less secure. If in doubt, consult your systems administrator to determine whether to use this feature or not.
