iSymphony fails to respond after reload

Symptoms
The iSymphony server fails to allow client connections after a reload is issued to iSymphony or the dialplan is reloaded.
Cause
Older versions of iSymphony contain a bug that prevented locations from restarting properly when reloaded.
Workaround
Restart the iSymphony server.
Resolution
Update to iSymphony 2.4.0 revision 3025 or higher.
