Symptoms

When attempting to connect to the iSymphony server from a client you receive the following error:

Unknown macro: noformat. Click on this message for details.

Cause

The license loaded in the iSymphony Server has reach the maximum client connections. 

Resolution

Make sure your license is installed correctly. You may need to aquire more client connections for your license if you're attempting to connect more simultaneous iSymphony clients.
