Symptoms
An error occurred while activating your license:
Error:Tenant "default" not found.
Error:Tenant "default" not found.
Cause
This is a known bug in older version of iSymphony.
Workaround
Restart the iSymphony Server and attempt to activate the license
Resolution
Upgrade to at least version 2.4.
