Call Control

Originating
Origination is initiated via double clicking or dragging and dropping an object. Places you can originate to using the iSymphony panel:
- Other extensions (Double click the extension)
- Voice Mail (Double click the voice mail icon; works on both local and remote extensions)
- Cell Phone (Double click the cell phone icon; works on both local and remote extensions)
- Conference Room (Double click the conference room item or drag and drop an extension, local or remote, into the conference room item)
Transferring
All transferring is done via drag and drop actions on call items.
Places you can transfer calls from:
- My Extensions
- Extensions
- Held Calls Area (You can also pick up a held call by double clicking it)
- Parked Calls Area (You can also pick up a parked call by double clicking it) (Can only transfer to extensions)
- Queue (You can also pick up a queue call by double clicking it)
- Conference Room
Places you can transfer calls to:
