Connecting a Client

- Once the client is installed (see the Client Installation and Uninstallation section) the first run of the application will present you with a connection wizard. When asked what kind of connection you would like to make select Profile. If you do not see the wizard click on File->New Profile.
- Enter the name you wish to give your profile in the Name feild. This name can be anything you want and simply acts as the identifier of the profile in the client.
- Enter the IP address or hostname of the iSymphony server in the Host field and the port of the iSymphony server in the Port field. The port usually remains as default unless otherwise specified by your Administrator.
- Enter the location, tenant, username and password for the user you wish to log in as in the Location, Tenant, Username and Password fields respectively. Normaly the Location and *Tenant *fields should remain set to default unless otherwise specified by your Administrator.
