| 1 | To transfer a call from one location to another within the panel, you can choose one of several methods: | ||

| 5 | The **Transfer** action button allows you to transfer calls from your extensions to any of the following destinations: | ||

| 14 | To use the transfer action, click the **Transfer** button in the action bar at the top of iSymphony, or use the '**T**' hotkey anywhere in the panel. Select the call you want to transfer from the left side of the transfer panel that pops up, and the destination from the right side. To transfer to an arbitrary number, type the number into the filter field. The select the **Transfer** button to complete the transfer. | ||

| 17 | Note: If you have selected 'ASK' in your transfer type (see Transfer Type below), you may check the '**Attended**' checkbox at the top of the transfer panel to perform an attended transfer. If this checkbox is not selected, a blind transfer will be performed. | ||

| 22 | Any call that is visible in iSymphony can be dragged and dropped onto another destination to transfer the call to that destination. Calls in the following locations can be dragged: | ||
