Monitoring Queues with the Queue Widget

The new Queue widget, introduced in iSymphony version 3.1, provides comprehensive and detailed information about the queues in your PBX. This widget is intended for use by managers, team leaders, or other supervisory positions to monitor their queues and ensure everything is running smoothly, but regular users can also access it if permitted to.
