Working With Queues

iSymphony 3 provides a comprehensive set of functionality simplifying the process of working with and monitoring queues, whether you're a manager, an agent, or both. 

As a Manager or Supervisor

The Queue Widget allows managers or other users to monitor any queue configured in iSymphony, and control some aspects. For details, see Monitoring Queues with the Queue Widget.

As an Agent

The Queue action button, located at the top of the panel, allows agents to log themselves into and out of queues, pause or unpause themselves, and set their penalty. For more details, seeĀ Working with Queues as an Agent
