7 While using the client or administration interface in iSymphony, a modal dialog pops up with the text "An error has occurred. Select view details for more information.", and a link to view more details about the error. You cannot continue using iSymphony until this dialog is closed.

11 (% style="line-height: 1.5;" %)This dialog indicates that an error has occurred within iSymphony that was not properly handled. This can happen for several reasons:

14 * (% style="line-height: 21.0px;" %)You are attempting to perform an action that you are not allowed to do.
15 * (% style="line-height: 21.0px;" %)A 3rd party system that iSymphony interacts with (such as your phone system) has malfunctioned.
