Uncaught UI Exception

Problem

When the detailed error message in an iSymphony error dialog is viewed, it contains the following on the first line:

Uncaught UI Exception

Troubleshooting

This error indicates that an unexpected error occurred that iSymphony did not know how to handle. In order to troubleshoot the issue further, please follow these steps:

  1. In some cases, we have already resolved the issues causing this error, so please ensure that you are using the latest version of iSymphony before proceeding. See the Updating iSymphony page for details on updating iSymphony to the latest version.

  2. Determine whether this error is a known issue. To do so, examine the rest of the detailed error message that is below the "Uncaught UI Exception" line. The next line with text on it will contain a more specific error message. Compare that error message to the following:
