Symptoms

You receive the following error message:

Unknown macro: noformat. Click on this message for details.

Cause

This is a known issue with iSymphony and Asterisk leaking AMI connections causing the AMI to become overloaded and stop responding to requests.

Workaround

Shutdown and restart the iSymphony server

Resolution

Upgrade to the latest version of iSymphony. Updating instructions.
