Working with the Queue List

The queue list section of the queue widget provides a quick overview of the current status of all queues configured in iSymphony, and selects the active queue that will be used for the other sections.

Viewing Queue Overview

Each item in the queue list displays information about one queue:

  • Display Name: The display name of the queue, as configured in iSymphony, is featured in the top left corner of the item in bold font. Note: this may be different than the identifier of the queue as configured in your PBX.
  • Active Calls: The number of active calls waiting in the panel is displayed in the top right corner, to the right of the phone icon. For more details, see the queue calls page.
  • Logged In Agents: The number of agents currently logged into the queue to receive calls is displayed in the top right corner, to the right of the agent icon. For more details, see the queue agents page.
  • Statistics: The bottom left corner of the item has basic statistics about the queue. Note that these statistics are accurate since the last queue statistics reset in Asterisk. For more details, see the queue statistics page.
    • Total Calls: The number of total calls that have passed through this queue is displayed under the 'T:' heading.
    • Completed Calls: The total number of calls that have been answered by agents is displayed under the 'C:' heading.
    • Abandoned Calls: The total number of calls that have been abandoned by the caller before reaching an agent is displayed under the 'A:' heading.

Selecting the Active Queue

Additionally, the active queue that is displayed in the other three panels of the queue widget is selected using the queue list. To select a queue, simply click it. The active queue is displayed with a blue background.

Linking the Active Queue

The active queue selected in the queue list can be linked with other queue widgets, allowing one list to control the displayed queue in multiple widgets. For more details on this, see the Linking Queue Widgets page.
