The queue widgets in iSymphony can be linked together to allow more flexible and easier-to-use layouts. When two or more queue widgets are linked, selecting the active queue in one of them will cause all other linked queue widgets to switch to the same active queue. This allows you to configure multiple queue widgets with a single queue list, or simply synchronize several queue widgets together.

For example, you can set up a dashboard that displays the queue list on the top of the screen in one widget, and the calls and agent lists side-by-side below the queue list in two other widgets. If all three widgets are linked, selecting a queue in the queue list will make it the active queue for the calls and agent lists in the other two widgets.
